After your order is complete, it takes us 3-4 days to handcraft your item(s) and get it ready for the shipping center. Please expect 10 - 17 days after order processing to receive your package. 

Once the order is shipped, please allow 24 - 48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package except for the tracking number status. You can track your order on our tracking order page here

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please contact your respective shipping carrier to report the issue. If you selected Shipping Protection during checkout, your order is covered by insurance. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost. (T&Cs Apply)
